Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Your day at NTT DATA** **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist the project owners / sponsors in specifying their requirements and understanding project scope through coordinating workshops and solution definition activities with clients and relevant stakeholders + Coordinate estimation activity and able to provide sizing during the pre-sales stages + Work with internal resources and third parties/vendors for effective execution of projects + Write the project management plan, including project scope, deliverables, risk management, change management, roles and responsibilities + Size, plan, and secure resources availability and build the overall project schedule + Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and given budget + Drive the day-to-day activities for the project, removing obstacles and providing direction and leadership + Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques + Conduct regular project meetings to ensure project is on track as well as managing issues and risks + Conduct regular Steering Committee meetings with project stakeholders + Report and escalate to management as needed + Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, clients, and all stakeholders + Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels + Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis + Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency + Perform other related duties as assigned + Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to meet documentation needs + Report to key stakeholders and project owners on the key project status, issues, and risks on a regular basis **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in appropriate fields of study or equivalent work experience + Proven working experience in IT project management + Proven leadership experience in managing project teams remotely, resolving conflicts and making decisions + Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills + Good written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English + Excellent presentation skills + Ability to build trust and assert his/her own seniority + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office + Experience with Microsoft Project and Jira or equivalent + Strong business knowledge + Highly responsible, self-motivated, and team oriented + Positive attitude and excellent team player • Hold active PMP certification will be advantage **Workplace type** **:** **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
