**Job Title: Senior Project Manager**
**Location: Minneapolis, MN /Raleigh, NC (Remote)**
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage large cross-enterprise programs/projects with third-party vendors
+ Develop and manage program and project plans using Agile, waterfall, and iterative methodologies
+ Gather, analyze, and report project metrics
+ Assess and quantify risk and issues
**What's Needed?**
+ 15+ years of progressive project-related experience in financial services and project management
+ Expert knowledge of program and project plan development & management, scheduling methodology, Agile, waterfall and iterative methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting
+ Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills
+ Demonstrated leadership and people management background
+ Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance)-preferred
