Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Governance, Risk and Controls (GRC) Office supporting multiple teams within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Manager - Banking
**Location:** Remote (Candidate needs to be in USA)
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage regulatory projects, ensuring execution against program structures and reporting status to senior leadership.
+ Develop presentations for Board, Management, and regulatory bodies while supporting quarterly progress reports.
+ Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure integrated activities across regulatory remediation efforts.
+ Foster a culture of compliance with existing and pending regulations across the organization.
+ Support dependency management between existing regulatory remediations and across US entities.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in banking compliance, risk, legal, or related regulatory experience.
+ Proven leadership and project/program management skills to drive alignment across key business functions.
+ Strong understanding of risk frameworks and corporate policies to translate into actionable plans.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively to executives.
+ Mastery of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Project Server and Power products.
