Key Responsibilities: + Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. + Document and analyze information and processes to solve critical business issues. + Establish work plans and staffing for each project phase. + Ensure project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget. + Review status reports prepared by project personnel; modify schedules or plans as required. + Communicate project details across all levels of the organization and various departments proactively. + Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. + At least 3-5 years’ experience leading large, complex enterprise projects, especially those involving significant organizational change. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Validated ability to address competing priorities within a single project with a positive, can-do attitude. + Ability to effectively lead multiple projects simultaneously.
