Detailed Job Description:

Work with business stakeholders to develop in depth knowledge of the Agency’s IT systems and capture requirements for future applications and enhancements. Sets high expectations and enforces standards to meet project timelines. Collaborates effectively with people across the agency to accomplish project goals. Conducts analysis that identifies current state processes including system gaps and develop workflow analysis. Working with project team develop solutions to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flows. Effectively managing change including all aspects of communication,  training and user acceptance for key stakeholders(including nontechnical staff) in a timely and appropriate manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND two years of recent relevant project management/business analyst experience, with a progression in responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience analyzing, standardizing, and improving processes with innovative business solutions. Healthcare IT experience. IT Project methodology experience including Agile. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate to upper management, business, and technical personnel. Skilled with using Microsoft Office Suite including VISIO and Power BI and wireframe tools.
