Project Manager/Business Analyst

An employer is looking to add a Project Manager to their team in St. Louis, MO. This team is responsible for creating, improving, and documenting the Disaster Recovery (DR) plans for all application and system teams enterprise-wide. This person will be leading meetings with application/system teams to strategically plan/create new disaster recovery plans or improve the current plans. They will also be responsible for documenting the plans and tracking process/project milestones, to ensure that they are taking the necessary steps to drive improvements. A large portion of their job will consist of helping teams to run their network resiliency testing. This person will also be responsible for the development and validation of recovery plans for internal applications, identification of risks, and to educate stakeholders of Disaster Recovery policies as well as drive resiliency with all stakeholders based upon business requirements. This role requires this person to work across multiple teams in IT, Operations, Network, and Business organizations to ensure enterprise needs are being met.
80% of their time will be spent on disaster recovery exercises and planning, they will work with the plan owner to review and document recovery steps. The other 20% of their time will be split between business impact analysis sessions and administrative tasks (meetings, status reporting, etc.)
