ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall project execution for projects assigned. The role holder is also responsible for project planning, monitoring, execution, control and closure.

ROLE PROFILE

Review and analyze various Carrefour value chain touch points to identify anomalies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement, enhancing customer experience and driving operational efficiency.Collaborate with function leads, business units, and cross-functional teams to align on strategies, initiatives, and solutions for process optimization and improvement.Conduct root cause analysis on recurring operational issues, providing detailed recommendations to minimize inefficiencies and improve CX & Operational efficiency.Prepare detailed project plans, including risk assessments, stakeholder mapping, and resource requirements to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives.Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, facilitating regular project progress meetings, documenting minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.Prepare executive-level progress reports and presentations, delivering key insights and updates to senior management and C-suite stakeholders.Work on comprehensive data sets, preparing cost-benefit analyses and well-structured business cases to support project proposals and secure leadership approval.Define, monitor, and refine KPIs and success metrics, ensuring effective tracking of project progress and performance across all stages of the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant to the role.Master’s Degree in in Business Administration is preferred.6+ years of working experience in in operations or project management.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Organizational and Multitasking SkillsHigh Attention to details.
