Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Manager - Business Side to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Markets Operational Risk and Controls department supporting the Third Party Risk team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, exceptional writing abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Manager - Business Side
**Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid, 2X Onsite)**
**Pay Range:** Competitive, based on experience
**Note: strong documentation experience based on process flow, Process implementation**
+ Must have Project management and writing skills: someone who can create process flows, procedures, questioners that need to be sent our to stakeholders
+ Heavy Documentation
+ Seniority level – minimum of 5 years of Pm experience
**What's the Job?**
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance documentation based on process flow, Process implementation within Markets.
+ Document new processes and procedures as teams transition to a new risk framework.
+ Identify control weaknesses and gaps, reporting results and tracking resolutions.
+ Deliver small and large-scale risk programs and workstreams effectively.
+ Provide subject matter expertise in assessing end-to-end risks and controls design.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
+ Proven ability to create process flows and procedural documentation.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
+ Experience in risk management with a focus on operational risk and controls.
+ Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
