Process & Strategy Management:

Manage the GIP process for all new stores/remodels/relocation (approx. 50 per year)

Responsible for the development and management of the production calendar related to Environmental Graphics.

The calendar will include all critical milestones and tollgates to ensure all parties (ISC, AOR and Construction) are aligned to complete scope as planned.

Ensure the bill of materials (BOM) is created by project and managed through Workfront. The BOM will include but not limited to the following: Production specs; QTYs, location, article #, cost (production/unit, kitting, installation, tax)

Implement job requests via Workfront for both internal and external partners.

Responsible for high level planning and prioritizing of print production projects and managing the workflow to ensure all information and assets are included in requests before handing off to responsible party.

Ensure projects are prioritized, scoped, assigned to both in-house staff and outside vendors, and delivered on time throughout the entire project.

Serve as the subject matter expert regarding Environmental Graphics including the management of project deliverables and the strategy behind them.

Track and manage change throughout the lifestyle of the project.

Ensure meetings are scheduled, productive, and documented for future reference.

Creative and Vendor Partnership:

Work closely with Store Planning/Construction and plan all aspects of Environmental Graphics (internal and vendor-produced).

Drive excellence with both in-house staff and outside vendors to ensure the Graphic Install Plans are developed with accuracy and align to the floorplans and construction documents

Fully understand the business partners’ objectives, roles, and concerns.

Establish meetings to define scope, deadlines and delivery schedule of all assets.

Work cross-functionally with Store Planning, Creative and Visual to ensure cohesive athlete experiences.

Handle any issues that require senior-level escalation with external agencies.

Communication and Planning:

Own the project management duties of all assigned projects, including providing tollgates, timelines, and deliverables to all required parties involved in projects.

Facilitate required communication with internal and external partners to align on strategy of the Environmental Graphics process.

Facilitate required communication with Construction and New Store Team on execution of graphics.

Drive execution and deadlines by being a leader of meetings.

Track project resources, scopes and risk on a daily and weekly basis. #LI-BM1

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Operations, Business, or closely related field

5-7 years of experience
