Family owned commercial GC in greater Albany that has been servicing the Upstate New York communities for more than 50 years is looking to an experienced Civil Project Manager to their growing team. Key QualificationsBachelors in Construction Management or similar preferred and more than 5 years of experience and knowledge of:

- History of managing commercial and/or civil, heavy civil projects for a relevant construction firm
- Experience with pre-construction and estimating preferred- Able to manage construction project financials and documents such as RFIs, change orders and submittals
- Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office programs and MS Project preferred
