Scope:
• Core responsibilities to lead L2 Support team in performing Production triage related to functional & technical issues for client solution deployed on Azure
• The team currently comprises of 60+ global associates across US, India (COE) and UK and is expected to grow rapidly. The incumbent will need to have leadership qualities to also mentor junior and mid-level software associates in our team

Minimum 5+ years of project experience in spring boot and KafkaExperience in leading a small team to provide Technical & Product SupportDemonstrable experience with microservices based architecture on Cloud at scale.Understands functional and technical requirements of software componentsExposure to cloud platform like GCP, Azure or AWSUnderstanding of the caching framework like Hazel cast, RabbitMQ Etc.Good understanding of product implementation processOur Values
