Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field   10+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion   Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality standards   Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations   Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills   Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of contractors, consultants, and stakeholders Proficient in using project management software and tools Experience working on school projects.   Experience working on projects in the flood plains and with Net Zero certification   PMP, CCM, PE, or other certifications null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
