We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards while effectively coordinating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Manage project resources, including subcontractors, suppliers, and labor.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and any issues.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager on $5M -$20M project rangeExperience with fire and police stations or education is a plus (not required).Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets.
