Project Manager - Cross Sell

Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in the planning and execution of cross-sell programs and projects supporting DISH's strategic objectives + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CXO, Sales, and Retention, to gather requirements and align on project deliverables + Help track project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring milestones are met within set timelines + Support the development and documentation of project plans, requirements, and progress reports + Identify, track, and resolve potential project risks or challenges, escalating issues as necessary + Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and expectations + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas and solutions to enhance processes + Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping for audit and reporting purposes **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) + 2+ years of Project Manager experience **Skills and Qualifications:** + Internship experience or coursework related to project or program management is a plus but not required + Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail + Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and effectively + Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment + Problem-solving mindset with an ability to take initiative and identify areas for process improvement + Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace + Customer-focused with a strong desire to contribute to customer satisfaction and business success Visa sponsorship not available for this role **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
