This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. Summary: As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will oversee project teams, ensure client satisfaction, and manage all aspects of project delivery from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders * Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel throughout all phases * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Stakeholder Collaboration: * Work closely with other Project Managers to ensure alignment and integration of projects across the organization * Provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues Resource Management: * Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path * Allocate and track project resources, ensuring optimal utilization and productivity Risk Management: * Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues * Develop contingency plans to address potential obstacles and ensure project continuity Quality Assurance: * Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards * Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
