Noblis ESI is seeking a Project Manager (DAG) for their Chantilly location. 

 

 

Job Responsibilites:

Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) and Office Director with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned groups and programs/projectsProvide Action tracking, coordination, collaboration, editing, and deliver senior executive integrated responses and productsAssist the PM/Director in creating, delivering, and maintaining information knowledge in accordance with the governance planCollaborate with Special Assistants and the Chief of StaffServe as technical and programmatic expert in their assigned areaOther responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, cross office coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customersMust have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph

 

 

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8 years’ experience3 - 10 years of experience in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance; in national space and ground systems, in systems engineering and systems programmatics Experience with updating, delivering and maintaining responses to actions, tasks, and requests for information from initiation to closure  Experience coordinating, integrating, and facilitating senior level meetings with compilation and distribution of notes, actions, and summary documents Experience creating and editing concise senior level briefings, pre-briefing seniors, and developing strategies for the senior level forumsAbility to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer dailyAbility to work independently with minimal supervision as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneouslyPossess excellent writing and verbal communication skills Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph Desired Qualifications Master’s Degree Experience creating, editing, and delivering weekly activity reports and yearly in review summaries, and updating monthly reports  Experience performing response reviews for Freedom of Information Act requests and Information Review and Release Group documentationExperience creating, delivering, and maintaining knowledge management processes and products in accordance with office governance policies and processes Experience training new personnel in the action tracking tools and processesAdvanced skills in writing, reviewing and editing of intelligence and technical reports, white papers and other technical and policy documents Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to summarize and brief senior level Government leaders, both civilians and military officers Overview

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
