Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, with pre contract experience, to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pre-contract phase for our construction and development projects, ensuring smooth transitions into the execution phase.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the pre-contract phase of multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to contract awardDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plansConduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategiesCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope and objectivesPrepare and review contract documents, including RFPs, tenders, and agreementsNegotiate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to secure favorable termsEnsure compliance with local regulations and company policies throughout the pre-contract processProvide regular status updates and reports to senior managementFacilitate smooth handover of projects to the execution team

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldMinimum 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on pre-contract activitiesProven track record of successful project delivery in the construction, engineering, or real estate development sectorsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practicesExcellent contract negotiation and management skillsProficiency in risk assessment, budgeting, and cost estimationAdvanced stakeholder management and communication abilitiesExpertise in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentFamiliarity with local construction regulations and practices in the UAE is a plus
