You will keep an overview of the projects that the Global Digital team performs for the client with regard to deadlines, planning and results.
You will maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders at home and abroad working across multiple timezones
You will ensure smooth cooperation between the Global Digital team and other departments within Mediabrands
You will ensure the further development and optimisation of existing processes to facilitate working for the client.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Prepare project schedules and other supporting documents to help you properly manage the project and track progress against deadlines, time management and results.
Ensuring clear communication between various internal and external stakeholders regarding project information
Help set up and implement processes for smooth cooperation and efficient working methods.
Support the client lead and the lead consultants by optimising and implementing processes and ensuring functional information flows between team members and other departments of Mediabrands
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in project management and proven experience with international clients Proficient command of the English language (near-native) spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage Experience with MS Teams Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint Excellent communication skills Strong understanding of ad tech, programmatic and digital advertising; DSP and dashboarding knowledge is an advantage Ability to multi-task across various projectsIPG Mediabrands es la división de Soluciones de Marketing y Medios de Interpublic Group (NYSE:IPG).
