Project Manager - Domestic Projects

The Project Manager position in Camden, NJ, reporting to the Project Management Group within the Nuclear Power Division of Holtec International.
The position is responsible for the successful implementation of projects primarily focused on storage and transportation of Spent Nuclear Fuel within the US. Periodic travel is required (10-15%).
Principal duties include:
Project planning and execution within budget, schedule, and contract requirementsProject risk identification and mitigation planningCompliance with contract in a cost-effective and technically sound mannerInterfacing directly with internal engineering, manufacturing, construction, and fuel loading teams.Project reporting to internal and external stakeholders, as needed across including executive teamFacilitating design reviews design for compliance with engineering principles, contract requirements, and applicable standardsApproval of design changes, specifications, engineering analyses, and drawingsPreparation of proposals and commercial quotes of out-of-scope work as requiredRequired Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, four-year university5 Years’ experience with relevant project management, project controls, or project engineering experienceExcellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsU.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident StatusPreferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited, four-year universityScheduling experience using Primavera or Microsoft Project Familiarity or experience within the nuclear power industryHoltec International is an equal opportunity employer.
