Project Manager - E&C
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Manager in the E& C industry, located in Juno Beach, Florida. The role will revolve around handling all aspects of the project once it has been handed over for field execution. Responsibilities: • Oversee the execution phase of projects, ensuring all associated departments are efficiently coordinated and managed. • Facilitate and manage staff and employee affairs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. • Handle safety management, ensuring all project activities adhere to safety standards and procedures. • Administer contracts, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are properly managed. • Oversee project management planning, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met within the required time frame. • Manage project costs, keeping track of all expenses and ensuring the project stays within budget. • Ensure quality schedules are maintained, overseeing the commissioning and start-up of the facility. • Act as the company representative with local, national, and international agencies and regulating entities during the execution phase. • Oversee public relations and corporate communications at the site and community level, ensuring a positive relationship with all stakeholders. • Approve all payments and change order requests for the company, ensuring financial accuracy and sound decision making. Requirements • Proficiency in Operations and Planning • Expertise in implementing and executing Procedures • Familiarity with Payment Processing systems • Prior experience in Quality control and Project Management • Experience in Onboarding and Public Relations • Ability to Answer and resolve complex queries • Proven skills in Staffing and Time Management • Experience in dealing with Suppliers and handling Authorizations • Knowledge of Commission Functions and Onsite management • Ability to manage Expense Account and Entity Formation • Understanding of Business Unit operations • Proficiency in PC OS and Validation Plans • Experience in Contract Administration • Familiarity with Cybersecurity practices • Knowledge of Cost Management strategies • Understanding of NIS and Nerc regulatory standards Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
