About You

You will be a qualified engineering professional with previous production, project management, EVM, asset management, configuration management, and engineering lifecycle experience. You will also have significant exposure and success rates with risk management.

 

Having an understanding of commercial and supply chain workings within a successful project delivery will be key, along with technical and engineering knowledge.

 

About the Role

Working within the Collins Class Program you will be responsible for the daily management of assigned projects scope, safety, schedule, budget, risk, quality and resources to ensure objectives are met.

 

You will manage the delivery of allocated sub-set of engineering/ technical activities through the application of engineering processes, resources and tools. Your technical abilities will enable you to prepare project information presentations, and review technical documentation and solutions.

 

This role can be based in Henderson WA, Adelaide SA or Sydney NSW.

 

To be successful, you will have:

 

Active Defence Security Clearance (or Australian citizenship with ability to obtain / maintain Clearance) Previous experience in an Asset Management / Configuration Manager and Production Management role Significant risk management exposure Accredited (under the Washington Accord) Bachelors Degree in Engineering or hold the recognised engineering qualifications to be eligible to obtain Professional Engineer category Membership through a recognised body Diploma in Project Management AIPM Mandatory (or agreement to attain in 12 months)
