Job Title: **Project Manager - Engineering FLRAA** Job Type: **Full time; temp-to-hire** _12 months_ Schedule: **Onsite;** 1st shift 9x80 Location: **Fort Worth, TX** Pay: **$35.00-$50.00 per hour** **Job Description:** + Develop program-level metrics and presentations to provide progress/status for development, build, sustainment, and project planning. + Monitor project progress and report project performance status (cost and schedule). + Support development of supplier SOWs and applicable Supplier Data Requirement Lists (SDRL). + Coordinate with design team, build team, and suppliers to support the development of engineering design and manufacturing. + Contribute to project management tools and processes and shared lessons learned. **Skills:** + Ability to collaborate with multiple support functions (engineering - all disciplines, manufacturing, procurement, finance, IT, technical logistics, quality, contracts), customers, and suppliers. + Capability to plan and execute internal and external design reviews as well as other technical meetings. + Organize and prioritize tasks while maintaining flexibility through the fast paced, evolving environment. Strong organizational & task management skills are required. + Previous project execution responsibilities including supplier, cost, and schedule management are required. **Education:** College Degree Preferred.
