Project Manager - Enterprise Finance Systems (Hybrid, flexible options- NYC)

Broadridge is growing! We are looking for a Project Manager to join our financial operations team. We are seeking an individual that will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex strategic financial projects and initiatives. Your day-to-day project management responsibilities would include developing and updating project plans and requirements, resolving project and resource conflicts, facilitating solutions across department boundaries, tracking and communicating progress of multiple concurrent projects and driving a sense of urgency and dedication across all projects.
 
We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and will work both on-site and remote.

Responsibilities:

Work closely and seamlessly with multiple departmentsEnsure the successful completion of priority projects through accurate facilitation, tracking and reporting of status through consistent, standardized dashboards and metric reporting supporting the revenue management department strategic goals and initiatives.Driving related Agile project management meetings including the daily stand up, backlog, and planning as well as supporting production implementationsIdentify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities with assessments, analyzes and recommends on progress of projects, and serve as the customer concern point for senior management related to project specific issues.Collaborate with revenue management team to asses backlog and impact of steady state projects to deliver MVP to team resulting in a reduction in DTBPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, 3+ years of project management experience; managing complex projects or multiple projects combined into a program with shown successOutstanding communication, leadership, management, facilitation, and problem solving skills, in addition to requiring advanced Project Management skills.Proficient in MS Word, MS-Excel, Power PointExperience with Project Management systems including JIRA, Sharepoint, and SmartsheetsSolid track record for delivering resultsA financial background is not required but is preferredAgile Project Management experience, PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Salary range $80,000.00- $85,000.00.
