Join ENERCON as a Project Manager for our Nuclear Environmental Licensing group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and innovative team to provide design, licensing, and environmental services for ENERCON’s clients pursuing advanced nuclear and small modular reactor projects. This position will be located in one of our major offices. 

Responsibilities Lead and manage highly complex projects with precision and expertiseStrategically plan, execute, and finalize projects on schedule and within budget constraintsDevelop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and management plans, ensuring all project requirements are met with high qualityMaster complex scheduling tools, including earned value management and reporting processes, to keep projects on trackCraft detailed project reports that provide clear insights and actionable informationBuild and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contactHandle client interactions with finesse, negotiating and controlling job scope to meet both client and company satisfactionDrive marketing efforts with enthusiasm, identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and following up to secure new business Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university7+ years of experience supporting large projects (greater $1M) experience as a Project Manager.PMP Certification preferred. ENERCON Project Manager Certification required. If new hire into ENERCON, certification must be completed within 3 months.Experienced in contract and non-disclosure agreement language development and reviewAbility to understand and work with budget and accounting processesWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience with Primavera project management software is desirableExperience working under a QA Program, Appendix B or NQA-1, is desirableStrong coordination and team building skillsExcellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skillsEffective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teamsAbility to travel 25%+
