Overview: The Evidence-Based Practices Project Manager (EBPPM) will take a primary role in developing and implementing a comprehensive statewide plan to implement Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) at all levels. The comprehensive statewide plan will include developing fidelity monitoring practices and fidelity guidelines. The EBPPM will provide ongoing support and fidelity monitoring to providers of the various levels of Triple P and provide oversight of multiple pilots of various Triple P levels. The EBPPM will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external partners and may be called on to represent the Department in both internal and external initiatives.
Implementation of the Triple P comprehensive statewide plan will also include sustainability recommendations in support of Triple P at all levels. – 13 paid holidays per year
– Up to 10 days of accrued PTO, based on assignment duration

The actual pay offered to a successful candidate will take into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, qualifications, and additional preferred experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Certifications:
Minimum Requirements for position:
In order to qualify, you must have at least two (2) years of project management experience. No licenses are required.
Knowledge and Skills required:
Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices for children and families and the Children’s Behavioral Health System (CBHS). Knowledge of available community resources and services. Knowledge of client and family rights. Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations affecting mental health practices. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. A knowledge of contract development, oversight, data collection/analysis and research. Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to utilize technology and Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage projects effectively and efficiently, including keeping project team members on task and the project on time. Demonstrated ability to develop and plan a large-scale project. Ability to analyze program data and apply it to program quality improvement. Ability to prepare a presentation and present to diverse groups of partners Background: The background of well-qualified candidates should demonstrate the following competencies:
1. Experience/knowledge in the provision of behavioral health services to children and families, specifically evidence-based practices and promising practices.
2. A knowledge of contract development, oversight, data collection/analysis and research.
3. Strong written and oral communication skills (please provide a writing sample) and ability to utilize technology and Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Description:
This position takes a primary role in developing and implementing a statewide, multi-level project to expand the Triple P Positive Parenting Program at all levels. This position will develop/implement a project plan and provide ongoing support and fidelity monitoring to providers of the various Triple P interventions. This position is responsible for collaborating with partners specific to Triple P and may be called on to represent the Department in both internal and external initiatives.
Developing a project plan to implement all levels of Triple P across Maine. Managing the implementation of Triple P to include data tracking, engagement with a variety of partners and fidelity monitoring. Managing CBHS contracts specific to Triple P pilots and other evidence-based practices, as applicable. Conduct ongoing quality assurance work to monitor implementation of and fidelity to Triple P.
Schedule:
The position is anticipated to be a 40 hour per week position with no overtime. The work can be performed remotely but may require some on-site meetings/events or other travel.
