Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple federal construction projects in the DMV area. The ideal candidate will support 2-3 projects totaling approximately $15 million. This role requires 5-10 years of experience in project management within the federal construction sector. Responsibilities + Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of federal construction projects. + Review scope of work, engage subcontractors, and coordinate site visits for bidding processes. + Estimate and bid on task order contracts and IDIQs. + Schedule projects, including managing subcontractors. + Provide project management support to federal government construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region. + Assist with estimating by reviewing scope of work and aligning subcontractors. + Handle change orders, RFIs, and project coordination. + Maintain and manage construction documents. The role involves light travel to job sites within the DMV area. The company is well-established and focuses on federal contracts, providing a supportive environment for employees.
