Honeywell Building Automation is looking for a Project Manager Fire & Security for Service Projects.
The person will be responsible for delivering Honeywell goals through managing Service Projects in
Flanders, in Brussels and Wallonia.
The project manager will work closely with internal engineering and commissioning teams,
subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and taking into
account the agreed scope.
Responsiblities
- Overall responsibility for completing assigned projects in line with the required
specifications
- Develop the project timeline, coordinate the engineering, organize the commissioning
- Request the purchase of goods and services and follow-up the delivery
- Track and report monthly the progress of the project (works and financial)
- Identify and manage scope changes timely, and ensure good relationship with customers
Profile
- Master or Bachelor degree (electro mechanics, electronics) or relevant technical experience
- Relevant knowledge of and experience in security systems (access control, cctv, burglary)
and fire detection installations. NBN-S21-100 knowledge is a strong asset.
- Experience in a project management role (minimum 5 years), used to manage complex
projects with significant network content & knowledge of a project methodology (PMI, PMBOK) is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project and comply with EHS and Quality standards
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (Bilingual Dutch/French, fluent in English) are required as well as being able to work independent
