We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 2+ years of experience with commercial kitchen and/or laundry designProject Manager will work on food service, laundry, and back of house (BOH) facilities for hospitality, healthcare, correctional, education, and other projectsServices include needs assessments, predesign services and programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bid evaluation, and construction administrationOpen to candidates with MEP, architectural, or structural designThe role requires traveling 1-2 times a month (depends on the project)Based in Southern Denver

Responsibilities:

Manage a project to meet contractual agreements, client goals, and project schedule through the following tasks:

Provide open communication with the design team, client, and operator on the projectIdentify any obstacles or project related issues with laundry or foodservice and provide solutions that meet client needs as well as code complianceWhen necessary conduct equipment inventory and determine existing equipment’s reuseSpace program coordination and validationGather all technical equipment cut sheets (with accessories), integrated system details and custom fabrication detailsAttend all coordination meetings and design workshopsManage schedule and coordinate all production work with the Director of Production throughout the design processManage budget and project hours weekly to meet billing and project scheduleProvide quality assurance review with Director of Production on all produced documentsCoordinate all aspects of the project implementation from procurement to site evaluationConduct shop drawing review, site visits, and punches based on contractual agreements

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience with commercial kitchen and/or laundry designBluebeam and MS OfficeExceptional verbal and written communication skills (in front of clients)Strong attention to detailAbility to travel 1-2 times a month
