**DESCRIPTION**
Manages, develops, and implements projects of varying complexity and size within the assigned functional area. Partners with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Leads multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Leads multiple projects from inception to completion, facilitating project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine project scope and objectives.
+ Works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals, designing project plans, developing timelines, identifying project milestones, and tracking performance against goals.
+ Identifies, tracks, and resolves project issues while monitoring and communicating project status to relevant stakeholders.
+ Plans and monitors project budgets, conducts research and analysis, and provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
+ Manages project risks, utilizing quality tools to identify areas of risk and working with internal teams to develop mitigation strategies.
+ Documents and shares team learnings across teams, leveraging previous project experiences to enhance overall project success.
+ Maintains project documentation, databases, and other records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project progress.
+ Identifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks, guiding and coaching team members throughout project stages.
+ Provides developmental feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Skills and Experience:**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end IT and functional project management.
+ Experience in managing business process transitions in areas such as Supply Chain, Purchasing, Order to Cash, and Plan to Build.
+ Proficiency in managing IT and functional projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and project scope.
+ Strong expertise in creating detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project plans, and communication plans.
+ Demonstrated ability to set and track project milestones, manage risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
+ Knowledge and experience using JIRA for Agile project management (preferred).
+ PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is highly desirable.
+ Agile Scrum Master Certification is a plus.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education, Licenses, Certifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent qualification.
**Experience:**
+ Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including prior experience in leading teams.
