Job Description

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs. This role oversees all aspects of projects and programs, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress. You will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs. This position requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or a related area. The role relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of tasks and leading and directing the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and complete projects and programs.Oversee all aspects of projects and programs, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs.Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to track and drive action items to closure within the program's required timeline.Familiar with Development NPI and transition into mass production processes and product life cycle management.Proficient in using program management tools including MS Project and SmartSheet.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.At least 7 years of experience in Program Management.Experience in Consumer Electronics or Space Industries preferred.Proficient in data analytics, hardware, software testing, and integration tools.Familiarity with SmartSheet, dashboard tools, and automation.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with dashboard tools, data analytics, and automation is highly preferred.Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced with lots of ambiguity. You will need to make decisions with little or no direction. Expect very tight deadlines and a dynamic, challenging atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $88.00
