How you'll make an impact Primarily focused on providing communication project consultancy and implementation guidance for assigned health benefit client accounts to internal and external teams. Applying broad understanding of health benefits administration to lead system rollouts, upgrades, implementations, workflow changes/improvements, and task delegation. Key responsibilities include: Ownership and coordination of client projects, tactical consulting and problem solving, and developing/maintaining essential relationships, both internal and external Accountable for the day-to-day quality, timeliness and overall standard of all project work produced for assigned clients. Handles all stages of a project (including, but not limited to, briefings, checking drafts, implementing amendments, proofreading, print management and spot checking when required) to ensure the project is delivered on specification and to the highest quality. May provide guidance to lower level staff, but has no formal supervisory responsibility. Leading external rollouts of services or products to clients Lead system rollouts, upgrades, implementations, workflow changes/improvements, and task delegation About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required. Proven project management capability and experience. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing skills, creative and technical copywriting and copy-editing, experience of proofreading. Preferred: Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required to maintain and enhance your knowledge and skills. Behaviors: Service oriented. Excellent organization skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and develop workable solutions.
