**Work location:** THR Corporate Campus 612 East Lamar Blvd Arlington TX 76011
(Local travel required upt to 25% of the time.)
**Work hours:** Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday) for 40 hrs/week.

**Here’s What You Need**
· Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Clinical field, Business, or related field. 4 Years Related experience in lieu of a degree. **(Required)**
· 5 Years Experience in project management required including experience in creating requirements, project plans, project schedules, and driving projects to key dates. 4 years experience in an information technology or healthcare environment preferred. **(Required)**
· PMP - Project Management Professional Certification within 90 Days **(Required)** Or
· Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master within 90 Days **(Required)**
**What You Will Do**
· Engage the appropriate resource managers to determine the proper team resources needed for each project
· Negotiate the required resource hours and availability for all resources on the project team
· Proactively tracks the resource usage within each project and manages projected to actual hours variances with the resource managers
· Ensure equipment is added to ServiceNow including model, manufacture, asset tag, etc.
· Develop relationships with the project resources and resource managers to ensure cooperation when resource availability issues arise
· Manage project resources in a mostly virtual environment
· Lead the project team to identify any risks to the projects including internal, external and environmental risks
· Document, addresses and monitors project risks
· Manage the process to assess the potential impact and probability of the identified risks
· Determine with the project team and stakeholders the appropriate response action for identified risks and creates the action plans for the agreed upon response
· Provide complete and concise project communications to project team, stakeholders and executives
· Develop project communication plans that serve as a roadmap to drive project communications, problem escalations, decision making and executive summary
· Drive projects to completion leveraging an Agile methodology
· Possess ability to lead Kanban based projects
· Recognize which projects should utilize Kanban versus Scrum techniques
· Have working knowledge and proof of leading an Agile project
