This position provides Project Management leadership and is responsible for end-to-end on-time delivery of projects and solutions, spanning design, engineering development, verification, system integration, release to manufacturing teams and functions and into installation and deployment. New Product development experience is highly preferred for this opportunity. The compensation range for this role is $100,000-122,000 annually.

\n\nSupport and drive actions post initiation on solutions from design / requirement analysis through delivery, picking up ownership after initial discussion and scoping.\nSupport cross functional teams and work with engineering team to define clear solutions and development of solutions, working across product groups and geographies.\nDefine clear product and solutions specifications and drive gap analysis / estimating of work content.\nProvide hands on project management\nActively manage project plans and deliverables as well as the 9 knowledge areas of Project Management (PMI) \nPrepare communication plans and related project status reports and presentations\nEffectively apply internal development process known as Agile Project management (APM) and enforce defined project standards \nDevelop Functional Specifications and Change Notices \nDay to Day management of program team personnel and communication with key stakeholders \nPrimary technical contact for project related issues \nOversee the entire project life-cycle and manage cross-functional team from project initiation to production implementation \nProvide value added services through a consultative, value-added approach \nDevelop and manage program schedule ensuring on time delivery of agreed to milestones and deliverables\n\n

Who You Are 

\n\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience managing technical projects\n5+ years experience managing technical projects\nExperience in product development with extensive cross functional exposure preferred\nFluent in English\nDistributed & multi-cultural team management experience \nAbility to manage multiple complex projects\n\n
