Job Title: Mid-Level Project Manager

Location: Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin

Project Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team for a billion-dollar, 1-gigawatt hyper-scale data center project spanning over 1,000 acres in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. This groundbreaking project aims to set new standards in the data center industry, and we need a dedicated Project Manager to oversee its successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and other external partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or data center industry.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working on data center or related construction projectsElectrical, MEP, and or Architecture/Civil background.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00
