Project Manager I

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

Manages small to medium-scope projects and tasks and prioritizes for self, project teams, vendors, and contractors. Able to help answer and resolve basic project issues with limited guidance. Effectively manages project activities against schedule/milestones. Communicates and collaborates well with other teams and customers. Supports the improvement of processes/procedures to drive project efficiencies.Establishes knowledge/relationships with customers, vendors, and project teams. Provide innovative solutions to customers and project teams. Excellent verbal and written skills, able to collaborate and lead within their role. Meets the customer requirements and expectations. Proficient in Microsoft Office.Accountable for work accuracy and completion of tasks.Works collaboratively and with little supervision. Keep the team aligned on the vision and goals of the project.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM: 

 

3+ years experience in project coordination / management field.2+ years experience in relevant technology B2B industry. Basic understanding of enterprise level security products, services, and systems.  Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or portions of projects and teams.Proficient with ERP systems and developing project reports for management review. Possess a high level of integrity.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
