Project Manager I
Description We are in search of a Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in the implementation of a new contact center team and associated technology across multiple physician practices, positioned in Nashville, Tennessee. The Senior Project Manager will be working in a hybrid environment, offering a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of accountability for all aspects of multiple medium-to-large projects with moderate to high complexity. • Coordinate activities between various business units, physician practices, technical Project Managers, and development teams. • Manage and communicate a clear project scope, motivating team members. • Develop and execute project plans, including business requirements, process mapping, testing, rollout planning, and communication. • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies. • Report on project activities and statuses within published timelines. • Facilitate the creation of strategic documents like Project Charters, Education and Communication plans, and detailed project plans. • Coach team members to clarify task assignments, milestones, and deliverables. • Facilitate the creation of toolkits to support field-based implementations. • Stay focused and proactively prioritize initiatives, manage tasks and resources schedules with the ability to multi-task Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service with a strong focus on achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction. • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in Reporting, able to create detailed reports using Microsoft Excel. • Prior experience in Operations and Planning, with a solid understanding of Procedures and Policy. • Familiarity with Planning Processes, able to use tools like Microsoft Word for documentation. • Commitment to Quality and Scheduling, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. • Broad knowledge of Project Management, capable of using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication. • Ability to Implement Strategies and manage Benefit Functions. • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, capable of guiding a team and making key decisions. • Experience with Check Processing and performing Ad Hoc Financial tasks. • Ability to monitor and report on Progress of assigned tasks or projects. • Experience in Implementation, with the ability to use tools like Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations. • Willingness to Travel as required by the role. • Able to manage Staffing, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right times.
