Job Description: Project Planning and Coordination for UFBTIP -Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. -Develop project schedules, track milestones, and coordinate resources to ensure project success. -Maintain project documentation and monitor task assignments to ensure efficient workflow. -Facilitate project meetings, document meeting notes, and follow up on action items.   Risk and Issue Management -Coordinate with Co-Director to develop and implement mitigation strategies. -Identify, document, and communicate project risks or challenges, proposing solutions when possible.   Process Improvement -Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes, contributing to center efficiency and effectiveness. -Document best practices and lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery. -Conduct post-project assessments and evaluations.   Administrative Support for Co-Director -Manage the Co-Director’s Calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments and coordinating travel arrangements. -Coordinate events, conferences, or other activities hosted by the Center for Brain Tumor Therapy and UF Clinical Translation Science Institute. -Coordinates visitation for colleagues, patients, and their families (flights, hotels, local transportation, meals, etc…) -Coordinates meetings with Neurosurgery, College of Medicine, CTSI, Cancer Center, and UFHCC Leadership. -Assist other administrators within the center in overseeing the successful execution of social/education activities. -Assist in the preparation of reports and proposals as requested. Expected Salary:

$61,000-$80,200

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
