Join us as our new Project Manager I
This project manager will support and coordinate new product introductions for finished good packaging used in our Wausau, WI facility. It is also responsible for customer project changes for the Wausau facility. This position will work remotely in WI with the ability to occasionally travel to the Wausau faciltiy.
In this role you'll make a difference by:
+ Managing and coordinating input to cross functional teams to deliver customized products to our customers.
+ Preparing project timelines to be shared with Sales and the customers.
+ Preparing necessary documentation needed for internal and external use
+ Ensuring communication to Sales and Customer on project status and progress
+ Coordinating artwork associated with new product launches and changes to existing artwork, which includes but is not limited to technical review, establishing new die lines, obtaining printer proof and customer approvals.
+ Establishing, organizing and filing product profiles.
+ Supporting Sales, Production, QA, QC and other internal stakeholders
+ Performing other job duties as assigned
To succeed you must hold:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group.
+ Basic knowledge of GMP compliance, documentation and quality systems.
+ Working knowledge of ERP or MRP is preferred. SAP experience preferred
+ Three years’ experience with Project Coordination
+ Ability to be proactive with a sense of urgency.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing priorities.
+ Excellent communication, organization, planning, project coordination, time management, analytical, problem solving, computer and follow up skills.
