Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks or issues and implementing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track. Ensure compliance with HSPD-12 and other federal security guidelines, ensuring that all identity and credentialing systems are implemented in accordance with security best practices. Manage project documentation, including risk assessments, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Mentor and support junior team members, providing leadership and guidance on project management best practices and security technologies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in ICAM-related projects, ideally within the context of Credential Management Systems such as Intercede MyID or HID ActivIdentity. Strong expertise in managing projects that integrate Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including experience with Entrust PKI, Microsoft PKI, or EJBCA PKI. Familiarity with the design and configuration of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and Smart Card solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Active Top Secret clearance required. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Agile or similar project management methodologies. Experience with risk management and change management processes.
