**Description**
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Managing all projects that are assigned by leadership to ensure the projects meet all required project measurements and indicators for performance which have been set by either the client or internally. These performance indicators include, but are not limited to, schedule performance, project budget performance, project profitability, client relationship and satisfaction, and project quality control.
+ Oversee pipeline projects for clients including high pressure steel to plastic distributions projects
+ Maintaining, implementing, and monitoring a system of quality control and check on all projects assigned.
+ Maintain a system to accurately forecast fee revenue on an ongoing monthly basis
+ Supervising a team of engineers, providing leadership and mentorship
**Required Qualifications:**
+ ABET accredited Bachelor's engineering degree
+ 10+ years' experience within the natural gas industry
+ 6 years of experience with Natural Gas operating company or at an engineering consulting firm
+ 3 years of experience Project Management and managing complex engineering projects
+ Familiar with AutoCAD and Power BI
+ Strong communication skills (written and oral)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Professional Engineer License
+ Project Management Program certification
+ Experience with Microsoft Access

+ Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $120,000 and $150,000 annually and is an exempt position.
+ Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
+ Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
+ May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
