In your role as a Project Manager, you will oversee projects that can have sizable teams and large expenditures. Establishing and maintaining the project's focus on meeting project commitments will be your everyday responsibility. You may work on several projects at once, therefore time management and prioritization abilities are essential. You must be a superb communicator to all staff levels and be well-organized.
To effectively complete the goals of IT and non-IT projects, you need to have experience with and be competent at arranging people into teams and activities into task schedules. You may work on a range of projects, such as projects including assessment and selection, software development, application development, implementation, and business process transformation. The Project Manager I will lead project team members in a matrix organization working with and through resource managers to ensure adequate project staffing levels and team performance.
How you will contribute:
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Continuously learn and collaborate with other Project Managers for overall growth and maturity of PMO. Closely monitorstatusof projects and tasks assigned toteam, providing reports to IT leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 5 years or more of project management or leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in project management or another field of study 10 years or more of project management or leadership experience Certification such as CPM or PMP
