Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Project Manager II to join their team. As a Project Manager II, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to drive large scale initiatives under pressure, and the expertise to lead diverse teams. **Job Title:** Project Manager II **Location:** Sunnyvale, CA **Pay Range:** Competitive **What's the Job?** + Enable BPR Leaders to make the best Investment Decisions to deliver high ROI solutions + Drive Operational Efficiencies and reduce risk across the Portfolio + Establish Program Lifecycle Methodologies relevant to BPR, Templates, Operating structure and drive key measures for program rigor + Drive the management system which the BPR teams utilize to stay aligned and communicate internally + Lead and support programs to enrich the “People Experience” and enhance their core competencies **What's Needed?** + 7+ years experience in managing and leading high performing teams + Bachelorʼs degree in business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field required.
