Project Manager II

Job Summary

The Program Manager will lead and execute the strategic vision and direction of business initiative(s) or project(s). This role is responsible for ownership and execution of business related to program(s) or projects(s) including change management related to efficiency, optimization, commercialization, operations which will drive business and customer value. This role is also responsible for working collaboratively with business, technology and operational teams across the enterprise to deliver meaningful outcomes and change.

Accountabilities

·        Develop & maintain collaborative relationships with business, operations & technology stakeholders.

·        Closely work with business users & stakeholders, Business/Operations Group, technology, Client Management and understand the priority and Business value of the requirements.

·        Coaches, mentors, motivates & supervises project teams to ensure achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the program or project.

·        Plan and drive the prioritization discussions, coordinates releases and governance meetings

·        Participate in enterprise-level strategic planning and organization initiatives such as annual budgeting, security and compliance audits, customer audits, etc.

·        Identify opportunities to automate, increase efficiencies in development and testing, and/or improve overall delivery quality. Responsible for driving “Shift-left” strategy to ensure high-quality deliverables to internal and external customers, including integrated automation strategy wherever possible.

·        Agile evangelist with a collaborative mindset and demonstrated ability to blur the lines between

functional roles on the team, shifting left and catalyzing change to optimize process efficiency.

·        Follower of Scrum and experienced in implementing and optimizing agile development

·        Support project planning and prioritization of resources. 

 

 Basic Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software based program/project management or related field

·        5 – 7 years of experience in technology program/project management, managing multiple projects and teams.

·        Strong leadership skills, technical thought leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality data solutions.

·        Strong risk management, identification of dependencies, foreseeing risks and proactively communicate with mitigation plans, work with stakeholders along with solutions

·        Responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of programs/projects, integrations and migrations related initiatives that have a significant impact on the organization.

·        Defines and manages project intake process & allocation of resources including program governance.

·        Responsible for senior stakeholder management, key project decisions, managing budget, and communication status and risks to cross-functional business partners.

·        Leads indirect team of cross-functional members to align on business objectives and the ability to influence and drive change with business leaders and stakeholders.

·        Ability to context switch on demand, respond quickly and efficiently when managing multiple high priority projects.

·         

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Strong program & project management experience, communication and stakeholder  management experience.

·        RPA/Automation project implementation experience

·        Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
