Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of projects. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating project requirements, creating project plans, ensuring the project follows all governance frameworks, managing risks, and ensuring financial accuracy. You will play an essential role in managing stakeholder relationships, driving project success, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Estimation and Planning:Perform detailed project estimation, including time, resources, and costs.Prepare comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements. Project Delivery:Ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of projects within defined timescales, budget constraints, and quality standards.Take ownership of project execution and ensure the project team delivers according to the agreed-upon specifications. Change Control Management:Manage project changes by ensuring all modifications to project scope, timeline, or cost go through the formal change control process.Monitor and manage changes to ensure minimal impact on project delivery. Risk and Issue Management:Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.Escalate unresolved issues and risks as necessary to ensure project success. Compliance and Continuous Improvement:Ensure all projects comply with IT project delivery methodologies and processes, and identify areas for process improvement.Promote continuous improvement by identifying best practices, tools, and processes to enhance the efficiency and success of future projects. Governance Framework Compliance:Ensure projects comply with IT governance standards, including internal approval processes and key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide regular updates on project progress, compliance, and governance. Financial Management:Produce and maintain accurate financial forecasts for projects, tracking budgets, actuals, and invoices.Monitor project costs to ensure they align with financial forecasts and explain any variances.Ensure that all costs are incurred against approved funds and internal orders are not exceeded. Purchase Orders and Internal Orders Management:Oversee the timely closure of purchase orders and internal orders after receipt of final invoices and costs. Business Engagement and Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and their needs are addressed.

Requirements

Experience: 8+ years of project management experience, with a track record of successful project delivery in retail or Healthcare domain Proven experience in managing project estimation, planning, budgeting, and financial tracking. Strong experience in risk management, issue resolution, and project governance. Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2). Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and financial management processes. Experience with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
