**Project Manager—MDR Leadership (Regulatory Affairs Environment)—Hybrid/Remote** 📍 **Twin Cities, MN (Local candidates preferred for occasional in-office meetings; open to fully remote candidates.)** **Overview:** We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to lead **Medical Device Regulation (MDR) remediation projects** from a **project management** perspective. While MDR experience is not required, **leadership, organization, and strong communication skills** are essential. This role operates within a **regulatory affairs** environment but does not require direct regulatory experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and drive **remediation activities** in a regulated environment, ensuring project deliverables meet deadlines and expectations. + Influence and coordinate work with **15-20 team members** to deliver documentation for **product remediation** . + Hold team members accountable for project milestones without direct authority. + Develop and maintain **project plans, schedules, and timelines** using tools like **MS Project and SharePoint** . + Facilitate **weekly meetings** with core teams, providing clear direction and alignment on project goals. + Report project status and progress to **leadership (manager/director level)** . + Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and manage documentation processes effectively. **Qualifications & Skills:** ✅ **7+ years of project management experience** in a **regulated environment** (medical device, pharma, or related industry preferred). ✅ **Proven leadership experience** in driving projects and holding teams accountable **without direct authority** . ✅ Strong **organizational and communication skills** , with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams. ✅ Experience managing **product remediation, development, or regulatory documentation** . ✅ Proficiency in **MS Project, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite** . ✅ **Bachelor’s degree required** ; PMP certification is a plus but not required. ✅ **Not an IT PM role—** experience in a **technical or regulated field** preferred. ✅ Ability to **work independently and report project updates to senior leadership** . 💰 **Max Rate:** $70/hr on W2 This role is ideal for a **highly organized** and **strategic project leader** who thrives in a **regulated environment** and can **drive project execution without direct authority** .
