Project Manager II - Administration Education

As Project Manager II, you will collaborate with Project Manager III or IV to accomplish objectives by planning and evaluating the activities of both small and large Education projects. Using your management, technology and documentation experience, you will help create plans and deliverables, run programs and events and assist Center Support. This position offers the opportunity to work with every service line within the Education Department, providing numerous avenues to hone your skills and seek professional development. **A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with a two in-office day requirement.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects. + Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of a Project Manager level III or IV. + Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. + Prepare and complete action plans. + Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. + Resolve problems. + Complete audits and identify trends. + Determine system improvements and implement changes. + Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements. + Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures. + Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions. + Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field and three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects OR High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experience OR Associate's Degree and five years of experience OR Master's Degree and two years of experience + Effective relationship building skills Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Project Management Certification (PMP) Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities. Pay Range Minimum hourly: $25.13 Maximum hourly: $38.33 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
