Project Manager III

Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD

Clearance: TS/SCI

 

Provide Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) support for Cyber and Electronic Warfare (EW) programs.

Responsibilities

· Provides project supervision and management for major program activities.

· Manages and directs technical project/program personnel to ensure objectives are met with top quality and levels of performance.

· Manages large projects involving multifunctional tasking and substantial complexity. Plans and supervises major system life cycle support tasks/functions including requirements definition, acquisition, integration, test and evaluation, fielding/installation, and disposition.

· Provide experience and expertise in the implementation of communications, sensor, and cyber countermeasures/techniques into hardware, software, and systems for development of Cyber products

· Support applied research and development, advanced technology development, for hardware and software, cyber capability engineering, modeling and simulation and

planning tools, and software and firmware for Development/Implementation, Lab Experiments, and Field Demonstrations.

· Provide demonstration support to include assistance in the development of test plans, preparation and acquisition of test equipment, development of test procedures, and procurement of any software and hardware required to execute.

· Prepare briefings and documents indicating performance progress or new ideas presented to the Government.

Qualifications

Required:

 

· Bachelor degree

· 15 years experience or military experience E7 and up

· TS/SCI Clearance
