Project Manager - III
Job Title: Project Manager - III Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with overall project goals and objectives, monitor progress, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. This role requires effective communication with team members across various functions and departments, including device development, packaging, quality, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing. Responsibilities + Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations. + Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with overall project goals and objectives. + Monitor progress against the plan, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. + Effectively communicate ideas, project goals, and results to team members across functions and departments. + Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, management, and external partners or customers. + Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Essential Skills + Project management experience. + Understanding of device engineering and regulatory processes. + Knowledge of design control in a regulated process. + Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, bioengineering, or a related scientific field with 8+ years of relevant experience, OR an M.S. degree with 6+ years of relevant experience. + PMP certification is preferred. + Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders. + Proactive in identifying and addressing potential challenges. Work Environment The work environment includes collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires understanding technical terminology. The role involves working closely with device engineers and requires knowledge of regulatory processes. The position necessitates regular communication with various stakeholders and a proactive approach to project management.
