**Project Manager III – Maple Grove, MN** **Pay Rate:** $49.10 – $60.00/hr (based on experience) **Shift:** Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (possible temp-to-perm) Adecco is partnering with a local client in Maple Grove, MN to fill a Project Manager III position. If you’re passionate about training development and project management, this is your chance to make an impact! **Role Overview:** As Project Manager III, you will coordinate and manage training programs, resources, and events for the Atrial Fibrillation Solutions Sales Training team. You’ll be responsible for enhancing training effectiveness, standardizing best practices, and improving the overall experience for the field force. Your role will also involve assessing internal data, driving analytics to support business operations, and collaborating with leadership on creative communication strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with the training manager to improve training processes and communication for the field force. + Develop project plans, manage schedules, and track progress using project management tools like Microsoft Project. + Lead project execution by assigning tasks, identifying risks, and creating contingency plans. + Create new training materials and resources for a rapidly growing division. + Recommend effective instructional and graphical methods to convey sales and medical information. + Ensure training content is clear, engaging, and aligns with adult learning principles. + Maintain and update online training resources. + Support the integration of innovative tools like AI, chatbots, and other technologies. + Provide creative solutions for complex technical challenges to improve field force performance. **Qualifications:** + Science background. + 2-3 years of Project Management experience. + Experience in content building, learning, and development.
