Project Manager III—Access Transformation

We have an opportunity to change a patient's experiences with healthcare for the better on a very grand scale. As a Project Manager III, you will manage all aspects of moderately complex projects and lead/manage medium to large size projects leveraging basic project management tools to deliver results. There are many opportunities to grow internally within Access Transformation as we build out the team and externally within the health system based on the candidates' interests and career goals.
A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Prepare and complete action plans.
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Resolve problems.
Complete audits and identify trends.
Determine system improvements and implement changes.
Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Three years of project experience in an assigned area which may include progressively responsible experience supporting a clinical system and/or data and financial analysis.
An associate’s degree and five years of experience may substitute the education requirement.
A master’s degree and two years of experience may substitute the experience requirement.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Knowledge of Call Center Operations & Health Care experience.

Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.
Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
